Who's Whilce Portacio? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU??
He is mainly known for his Creation of the X-Men character "Bishop", but he has also worked in various Marvel and DC comic books. He recently joined up with Todd McFarlane as the new artist on the new (YES, YOU READ RIGHT, NEWW) spawn comic book series.
